For years, I navigated a successful global career—advising executives, managing businesses, and excelling in high-level support roles. On the surface, I was thriving. Yet beneath it all, a persistent sadness followed me, rooted in childhood trauma and years of unresolved depression. No amount of determination or professional achievement could shake it.

I explored every avenue—breaking habits, deep self-inquiry, therapy, and psychoanalysis. While these methods offered insight, they never reached the core of the issue.
