This weekend, I invite you to immerse yourself in a wellness ritual designed to reconnect with your deepest self and give your soul a break. As a therapist specializing in Regression Progressive Therapy, I will guide you on a journey of introspection and healing. 


This ritual will not only help you break free from the weekly routine but also allow you to explore and heal aspects of your soul that may have been hidden in the daily hustle.

Preparations for the Ritual


1. Create a Sacred Space:

  • Find a quiet place in your home where you won't be disturbed.

  • Cleanse the space physically and energetically. You can use incense, palo santo, or sage to purify the area.

  • Decorate with elements that connect you to peace and serenity: candles, crystals, plants, and any objects that hold special meaning for you.


2. Gather Your Tools:

  • A notebook and pen for writing your reflections.

  • A comfortable blanket and cushions to create a meditation corner.

  • Soft, relaxing music to set the ambiance.

  • Essential oils like lavender or sandalwood to help you relax.


The Ritual

1. Connection Meditation:

  • Sit comfortably in your sacred space.

  • Light a candle and focus on the flame, allowing your mind to calm.

  • Perform a guided meditation to connect with your inner essence. Follow these steps:

  • Breathe deeply and visualize a golden light enveloping you.

  • Imagine this light taking you through time, guiding you to a safe place.

  • Allow yourself to see, feel, or sense any images, emotions, or messages that come to you.


2. Therapeutic Writing:

After the meditation, take your notebook and write down everything you experienced.

Ask yourself: What lessons can I learn from this? Is there anything I need to heal or release?

Note any insights or revelations that came to you.


3. Rebirth Bath:

  • Prepare a hot bath with salts and a few drops of lavender essential oil.

  • As you immerse yourself in the water, imagine that it purifies not only your body but also your spirit.

  • Visualize any negative energy or emotional blocks dissolving into the water.


4. Release Ceremony:

  • After the bath, sit again in your sacred space.

  • Write on a piece of paper what you wish to release or transform.

  • Burn the paper in a safe candle, visualizing the smoke carrying your desires to the universe, transforming and freeing you.


5. Integration and Gratitude:

  • Close the ritual with a gratitude meditation.

  • Thank your spiritual guides, your past lives, and yourself for allowing this space of healing.

  • You can end the ritual by having a cup of herbal tea and writing any final reflections in your notebook.
